How Emotes Work

Emotes are cosmetic dances and taunts. They do not deal damage, but they are the main Cash sink after consumables and the flashiest way to celebrate a ranked win screen. Cancel an emote early by jumping, M1, blocking, or getting hit.

Buying an emote only adds it to your collection. You must open the Backpack → Emotes tab, assign a wheel slot, then open the emote wheel (Dance icon or B on PC) to use it in a match.

Register Update Emote Batch

The Register / Hanami content window added six shop-pool emotes commonly listed as I Hate You, Dance Alone, Macarena, Cursed Walk, Omega Flowery, and Irishima Talks. Macarena supports group join-ins; Irishima Talks stages a four-chair talk setup. Exact in-game labels can differ slightly — trust the animation you own.

These are normal shop rolls, not code rewards. Do not hunt the Codes tab for them.

  • Single roll — $250 Cash or 25 Robux
  • 10x roll — $2,500 Cash or 250 Robux (tenth pick from unowned list)
  • Default wheel — 4 equipped slots
  • More Emote Slots gamepass — 8 equipped slots
  • Second Emote Page gamepass — extra equipped page

V1.79 Shop Emotes & Odds UI

V1.79 added Cherry Dance and Champion to the shop pool and replaced the old item-odds percentage panel with an information button that lists obtainable shop items more clearly. If you returned after a break, open Shop → Emotes and scan for the new entries before burning Cash on duplicates you already own.

Victory flash cosmetics also expanded in the same content window — Stalemate Collapse appears in update notes alongside newer emote music for several older dances. Treat victory flashes as separate from the six-slot Register checklist.

Equip Checklist

Open Shop → Emotes → roll. Open Backpack → Emotes → assign a slot. Press B (PC) or the Dance icon to perform. If a new emote is missing from the wheel, you forgot the equip step — it is sitting unused in inventory.

With only four default slots you cannot keep every Register addition equipped at once. Rotate your wheel for lobbies, or buy slot gamepasses if you collect obsessively.

Video Overview

The embedded video walks a large emote catalog so you can recognize animations before spending Cash. Use it as a visual index, then return here for Register / V1.79 purchase rules.
