Register Overview
Register is Reggie Star's epithet — an early-access A-tier Style that refuses the normal four-skill layout. Instead of static slots, Register cycles through a fixed receipt list. Memorizing that order and knowing when to spend R to skip is the entire identity of the character.
Developers have said the kit is roughly half finished. Con Artistry awakening exists, but the full Ultimate package is still incoming. V1.79 added Speed Crash to the rotation and reworked Coupon so a double use applies Red Seal to the next queued move.
Fixed Receipt Order
The cycle never randomizes. Learn this order cold: Gushing Wound → Home Run → Littering → Coupon → Piano Drop → Garage Sale → Blunt Trauma → Speed Crash → back to Gushing Wound.
R does not delete a receipt forever — it skips the current one so you can chase the tool you need. If Home Run is next but you need Piano Drop for a held target, skip until the piano is ready, then commit.
- Gushing Wound — knife starter that opens the cycle
- Home Run — batting attack; Red Seal upgrades the baseball follow-up
- Littering — forward card/item throw; V1.79 lowered damage from 10 to 8
- Coupon — enabler; double use applies Red Seal, cooldown now 5 seconds
- Piano Drop — heavy drop hitbox for held or distracted targets
- Garage Sale — flexible rotating receipt with longer Red Seal ragdoll
- Blunt Trauma — combo strike with larger vertical hitbox and less endlag
- Speed Crash — V1.79 offensive finisher that rewards aggressive cycle routing
Coupon, Red Seal & Combos
Coupon is the brain of the kit. After V1.79, using Coupon twice seals the next queued move. Red Seal Home Run gains the baseball animation and distance-scaled damage up to 10. Garage Sale's final Red Seal hit also holds ragdoll longer (+0.2s), making confirm windows more honest.
Sample route: Coupon double → Home Run (sealed) → Blunt Trauma → Speed Crash. Alternate route when you need vertical control: R skip to Piano Drop → Garage Sale → Gushing Wound extend. Downslams no longer refund Special cooldown, so do not lean on slam loops for Coupon uptime.
Awakening Status & Matchups
Con Artistry is a partial awakening. Treat Register as a base-kit specialist until the full Ultimate lands. That is not a weakness in public lobbies — receipt flexibility already creates awkward timing for opponents who expect four static buttons.
Register struggles if you panic-skip mid-pressure and lose track of the cycle. Against Black Death, respect unblockable Detach; against Hanami, do not get caught inside Shining Sea of Growing Branches while hunting for Piano Drop. Practice the order in private servers until skips are muscle memory.
